Designed for law firms, compliance professionals, legal support staff, and corporate service companies, the CCAS Law Firm Risk Management Court Index Training Program provides a practical framework for professional court and public record research. The training is organized into five sections and explains how records are created, indexed, searched, and interpreted across civil, criminal, recorder, UCC, and related public record systems. Participants learn how historical indexing methods, legacy filing practices, and recordkeeping inconsistencies continue to impact modern search results, due diligence procedures, compliance reporting, and law firm risk management strategies. The program emphasizes accuracy, defensibility, consistency, quality control, and reducing reporting risks in legal and compliance environments.
Classes are conducted onsite in Orange County and Los Angeles County, California, including training sessions held at or near several court branch locations and public record research environments. The program is designed to provide hands-on exposure to real-world court index and public record research procedures commonly used by law firms, abstractors, compliance departments, and corporate service companies.
Standard registration is $500 per participant and includes access to all five training sections, course materials, a Certificate of Completion, and one year of post-training Q&A support with a CCAS subject matter expert. Employees participating through the CCAS Internship Program may qualify for a waived training fee upon verification of active employment with a law firm or approved legal support organization. Verification documentation must be submitted prior to enrollment approval. Participants must register at least 24 hours before the scheduled course date and complete all sections in sequence to qualify for completion. Law firm, enterprise, and corporate service company pricing may vary depending on enrollment volume and organizational requirements.
Course content, pricing, schedules, locations, eligibility requirements, and program availability are subject to change without notice. Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of payment and completion of registration requirements. CA Corporate & Attorney Services Inc. reserves the right to revise course materials, instructors, schedules, branch locations, or delivery formats as necessary.
